My expertise includes stress management, grief, anxiety, depressed mood and communication skills for adults. I work with clients in the United States and internationally via Zoom.

Sessions are 50 minutes long, typically held once a week.

New clients: You are welcome to schedule a 30-minute Initial Consultation to discuss your unique needs and explore how coaching can support you. Following the consultation, you can schedule your first coaching session at your earliest convenience.
